One of the most common things I am asked about is whether or not we can send healing energy to other people without their knowledge and/or for a certain purpose.
I have been trained in several energy healing modalities. The primary energy healing modalities that I use are Reiki and Pranic Healing. Both modalities have separate views on sending healing to people without their knowledge.
In Reiki, we ask a person on a soul level if they are willing to receive the healing energy before we send it. If the soul agrees, we send it. If not, we don’t. In Pranic healing, the analogy that is used is: if someone was drowning, would you ask them if they wanted to be saved, or would you just save them? Most people would answer that you would just save them. So Pranic healing teaches that we just perform the healing.
I learned Reiki first, so my method is to ask the person on a soul level if they would like the healing. Sometimes the answer is no, and that’s okay. I believe it is important to respect free will choice. However, if I send the healing energy as Pranic Healing teaches and the person didn’t want the healing, it would just bounce back or not be absorbed, so there is no harm in it either way.
Can we send healing to change outcomes? For example, if a person is in a romantic relationship with someone, can they send healing to that person to change that person’s behavior or influence an outcome? The answer is: no. We cannot impact another person’s free will. Universal Life Force energy is pure and without an agenda. Energy healing has to be from a pure place without an attachment to the outcome. Universal Life Force energy is pure positive intention, not fear based.
If you are a conscious citizen without formal energy healing training, you can send love and healing to people and the planet too. There are many ways to do it. Here are some simple ways:
- Loving Kindness Meditations. You can find these everywhere. I have one on my YouTube channel that you can access here.
- Meditation on Twin Hearts is something we use in Pranic Healing. You can find many variations on the internet, or purchase the CD on iTunes or www.pranichealing.com
- Send pure loving thoughts, prayers, and positive intention. You can do this by imagining the subject healed, whole, protected and happy.
- Do meditations to send love to the planet to help raise the consciousness and vibration of the collective consciousness.
Pure energy healing only helps, it never harms. Shine your light! It’s needed!
